When organizations come to us

What we do

Signal 01

Modules trigger each other through synchronous chains; a single fault spreads across the system.

Signal 02

There is no clear roadmap for the applications and infrastructure that could be shared across group companies.

Signal 03

Supplier approvals, authorization matrices and regulatory documentation live in decentralized systems and email.

Signal 04

The post-release defect rate rose during the agile transition; test data is produced by hand.

Signal 05

Integrations owned by different teams are hard to monitor; correlating data in different formats takes weeks.

Response 01Architecture modernization

Analysis of the legacy infrastructure from the ground up; staged migration to a cloud-native, event-driven microservice architecture.

Response 02Enterprise governance, risk and compliance platform

All internal and external regulation defined on the platform; compliance monitoring fed by live data; KANBAN-based finding and action tracking; hierarchical approval flows orchestrated with ERP and document management; e-signature and OCR.

Response 03Enterprise integration hub

Central integration infrastructure with drag-and-drop visual design, minimal code, real-time error tracking and versioning.

Response 04Test and quality automation

Process analysis, decomposition of web/mobile analysis documents, test data automation strategies.

Response 05Digital roadmap and program management

A strategic report and program plan for senior management in 4 weeks, using an information gathering (2 weeks), analysis (1 week), synthesis (1 week) methodology.

Response 06Data and AI readiness

Bringing data, events, the rule engine and BI together on one infrastructure; central management of generative, contextual and agentic AI capabilities.

Reference architecture

Legacy is isolated behind an event bridge; new services, one per bounded context, meet the integration hub and the GRC platform on a single backbone.

Technical design decisions

  • Slice-by-slice retirement with the strangler pattern
  • Isolation of the legacy model behind an anti-corruption layer
  • Contract-first design for integration
  • Isolated subsidiary data + central visibility in GRC
  • Agile transition quality through test data automation

Frequently asked questions

Should we rewrite the monolith entirely?
Rarely. The approach we recommend is incremental retirement: capabilities move to the new platform slice by slice while the legacy system keeps running. A “big bang” rewrite is the highest-risk option and the slowest to deliver value.
How long does transformation take, and when is the first value visible?
The discovery phase sets the target architecture and the wave order; the first wave is defined as the highest-value, lowest-risk slice and usually goes live within a few months. Total duration depends on scope and organizational maturity; each wave delivers measurable value on its own.
What is our existing team’s role in the process?
Central. Architectural decisions are made together, development runs in mixed teams, and the platform and standards are handed over to the organization’s team. Knowledge transfer is part of every engagement model.
Do our ERP and core systems have to change?
No. The integration hub and the anti-corruption layer isolate existing systems; ERP, document management and core systems connect through adapters. If a change is needed, it is handled as a separate decision.
Where do we start if there is serious technical debt and no tests?
With test automation and observability. Before changing anything, a regression suite that measures current behavior and monitoring are put in place, so the effect of every transformation step is visible.
How does the GRC platform fit with our existing ISO 27001 processes?
The platform ships the ISO 27001 control families as an embedded catalog; existing policies, risk inventories and finding records are imported. Spreadsheet-based tracking turns into compliance monitoring fed by live data and KANBAN finding management.
